Our vision is to provide healthy local organic food direct to the people and restaurants in our local area.  We believe in buying and supporting local, so we source as much of what we buy from local businesses as well.  Come on by and see the farm, buy some daily fresh-picked veggies and fruits, and enjoy eating and living healthy in the beautiful Cowichan Valley.
